This boy is growing up too fast. We had his birthday with friends at McDonalds and it was a lot of fun! Then we had a cake from scratch made by mommy at home on his real birthday and opened gifts from Great Grandpa and Grandma Sloop. 

Gilbert Temple Open House January 18th 2014 10am

We were lucky to have the opportunity to have Reid work on the Gilbert Temple. He is an amazing architect and I adore this temple and will always have a special place in my heart for it. Our children were so excited to go through "their" temple after 5 years in the making.

Christmas in Kansas 2013

We had Christmas in Kansas this year and had a blast with the family. Trevor & Nicole and the kids made it down as well. 

Curling

Reid did a new building for a curling club (pictured is not the new building) who use to lease our some ice from a huge fitness center. They will love having their own building and I adore the renderings Reid created. 

Here are some photos of Reid, his now former co-workers and I trying our hand at a bit of curling. The pictures of us lunged out across the ice.... we are really sliding across the ice trying to balance and push the stone to a certain location. It was a lot of fun!
